Data deletion instructions

If you'd like Glitchhh to delete your account and the personal data associated with it — including your profile, saved addresses, and any data received from a linked Google or Facebook login — send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your account (or include the phone number you registered with, if you signed up that way).

Please include "Data deletion request" in the subject line. We'll verify the request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days, and reply once it's done.

Note: records we're legally required to keep — such as past order and payment records for tax/accounting purposes — are retained as required by law even after an account is deleted, but are no longer linked to an active profile.

If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, removing Glitchhh from your Facebook App and Website settings stops Glitchhh from receiving further data from Facebook, but doesn't delete your existing Glitchhh account — email us as above to have it deleted too.
