We ship our products by third-party courier services. We do our best to hand-over the items ASAP we can. As the delivery is done by third-party partners, we don't have direct control over the delivery timing. But if you have any special request, we do our best to pass that with the parcel.

* Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind under any circumstances.

* On-Delivery Inspection: Please thoroughly inspect your order in front of the delivery agent for any discrepancies, damage, wrong items, or size issues.

* Returns at Delivery: If you need to reject or return an item on the spot with the delivery agent, you may do so by paying the applicable delivery charge plus a small processing fee.

* Post-Delivery Claims: Once the delivery agent has left, any claims or disputes will be handled at our sole discretion.
